Delete your verification data

After completing WhatsApp verification, select Delete this session’s data on the success screen. This immediately deletes the verification record for that browser session and signs you out. Each session is separate; repeat in other browsers if needed.

Unverified codes expire after five minutes, and verified sessions after 24 hours. An hourly job removes expired records, subject to service availability. Network abuse counters expire within an hour and are deleted by the next hourly cleanup. The deployed service does not store your phone number.

For Fieldwork game verification, open the game’s WhatsApp verification screen and select Remove verification. To remove the entire game guest, open Preferences & history and select Delete guest account and data. These actions also request deletion of the connected verification-service records.
